Here are some things that you can do to improve your health:
1. Take whole food supplements instead of synthetic vitamins.
Taking a multivitamin a day is how you make sure your body gets everything it needs to keep healthy - except that it really isn’t. Although a multivitamin certainly helps…it’s not the most cost effective and body affective way to get your Vitalmineral’s. The truth is, most of those expensive one-a-days come out soon after they go in. If you want more bang for your bling then go for whole food supplements such as that you can take on top of your regular diet or, better yet, as replacement ingredients for unhealthy sections of your diet pie.
2. Everyone needs a little exercise everyday to keep the blood pumping properly.
Ok, so you’re a hopeless, drug addicted, alcoholic, mother disowning child molester. You mind as well kill yourself, right? WRONG! Although you’re close, you’re not a complete write-off. Although I don’t purport to know the creaking madness of your knurled brain’s depth, I can say that you are a fool to think you can’t shuttle off in a different, more positive direction. It started when you were born an innocent, smiling baby blob of flesh, and it will continue when you decide that life is worth it. Here are some ideas.
- Walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
- Use the buttons on the television instead of the remote.
- Get a bicycle if you don’t have one and replace short car trips with bike rides.
- Do a simple exercise or two before going to sleep. You can do some sit-ups, jumping jacks, running on the spot, push-ups, have a personal dance-off, play air guitar, etc.
- Do the hokey pokey
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Why, you ask? Because millions of scientists, moms, and dead bodies say so.
4. Chew your food!
Why? The more you break down your food in your mouth, the easier it is for your stomach and intestines to process. You can save your body a lot of time and energy if you consciously chew properly.
5. Get your beauty sleep.
Why? Scientists have now proven that chronic sleeplessness reduces the ability of your immune system to react to problems in your body. I you have trouble falling to sleep. There are a number of things you can do to help. Yadda yadda wocka.
